Train and strengthen the pelvic floor with weights from 15 to 50 grams. It includes 4 silicone balls of different weights, an ABS sphere (where these are inserted) and a silicone strip.
Start the training with the empty sphere and add weight with the balls as you pass each level. Pelvic balls are ideal to prevent urine loss, recover from postpartum, prevent detachments and improve sexuality.
Do the same training daily between half an hour and 3 hours for 2 months.
